- There are indications that the Zhentarim have managed to plant a spy within the Knights in Silver. Now, since this intelligence comes to us from Clan Battlehammer it is possible they are trying to manipulate us into suspecting one of our own unnecessarily. Only Mazillor Shatterstave of the Knights in Silver knows of this - report only to them. If you can root out the traitor, bring them to the Silver Marches for interrogation.
- Taern Hornblade the High Mage of Silverymoon has disappeared during a mission against the shamans of Gruumsh. Work with Druids of Tall Trees and, if necessary, Clan Shieldstar to find and recover them.
- Taern Hornblade the High Mage of Silverymoon heard from one of our spies in the Red Sashes that a powerful magical staff is hidden in or near the Temple of the All-Seeing One on the Dungeon Level in Undermountain. Take a few members of the Order of the Aster with you to recover it, but do not attract the attention of the Zhentarim. Bring it to Badel Kilmander in Jalanthar at Sundabar as soon as possible.
- Although they have been allies to us in the past, it appears that Clan Shieldstar are working with the Cult of the Dragon. Do what you can to undermine their alliance by whatever means necessary. You may call upon logistical support from the Spellguard, and the Order of the Blue Moon have pledged their support as well.
- Protect Taern Hornblade the High Mage of Silverymoon on a diplomatic mission to the Zhentarim. Make sure the apprentices at Blackstaff Tower don't hear anything about it, they'd only mess it up.
