- Viper Vengeance Patrol: This Cobra team includes Storm Shadow, Black Out, Black Dragon Ninja, Crimson Guard Immortal, Medi-Viper and Vapor. They're dressed primarily in an ugly shade of blue and faded black with an ugly shade of blue highlights. Figures include: jet pack, flashlight, scarf, air-mask, removable hat, heavy machine gun and laser pistol. The team is available online and later given away at Chuck E. Cheese's.
- Mission Commandos: This Cobra team includes Baroness, Snake Master, Shock Viper, H.E.A.T. Viper, Sludge Viper and W.O.R.M.S.. They're dressed primarily in faded tan and dark silver with dull yellow highlights. Figures include: backpack, rifle, sai, ninja claw, ski-mask and machine gun. The team is available as a Toy R Us exclusive 6-pack and later as a fan club exclusive.
- G.I. Joe Arctic Troopers VS Cobra Skull Reconnaissance Hunters. This versus pack contains three Joes (Spearhead, Rampart, and Cross Hair ) dressed in light brown and an ugly shade of gray with neon yellow highlights and three Cobras (Cobra-la Guard, Aero-Viper, Golobulous) who are dressed in in shiny white and dark gray with an ugly shade of brown highlights. The set includes microfigure of Claymore and duffle bag. In addition to this, each Joe has their own knife and each Cobra has their own katana. The set also comes with a mini-comic.
- G.I. Joe Task Raiders VS Cobra Ambush Division. This versus pack contains three Joes (Hi-Tech, Roadblock, and Long Arm) dressed in light brown and an ugly shade of purple with bright gray highlights and three Cobras ( Baroness, Invasion Trooper, Cobra Commander) who are dressed in in faded blue and dark orange with light white highlights. The set includes football-on-a-stick, duffle bag, grappling hook, real working missile launcher, nightstick and flamethrower. In addition to this, each Joe has their own "weedwacker" gun and each Cobra has their own computer. The set also comes with a DVD.
- Venom Strike Team: This Cobra force includes Croc Master, B.A.A.T., Alley Viper Officer, Electric Eel, H.E.A.T. Viper and Headhunter Stormtrooper. An additional team member, Ripper is available free with orders from Hasbro's website. They're dressed primarily in stark orange and light green with stark blue highlights.
