JOE's commanding officer: Hawk, assembles a team which includes Sub-Zero, Specialist Trakker, Bench Press, and a new recruit, codenamed Spit-Take - mountain trooper. Hawk informs the team that Cobra is responsible for the blast. Now the team must uncover the rest of Cobra's deadly plan - and neutralize it.
