- opponent's forearm is punctured; weapon does standard damage and provides a free disarm attempt (as if attacker had Improved Disarm feat)
- weapon deals double damage and attacker gets a free attack at -5 against the opponent
- opponent's leg is punctured; weapon does 1d6 Dex damage instead of normal damage
