- Your contact is in a helicopter based on the beating of the blades. They are in a frantic mood and will help, but getting them to agree with anything takes 4x as long, as they go over every aspect of the deal with a fine tooth comb and hash out every little detail.
- Your contact is maybe in an airport? You hear a voice calling for boarding over an intercom. They are in a frantic mood and it's business as usual.
- Your contact is near to some authorities. You hear sirens. They are in a distant mood and will help with legwork, but their gear access is on hold due to police activity.
- Your contact is busy and they tell you such, but will do legwork only if you keep it short. If you get verbose they threaten to hang up.. They are in a friendly mood and seem distracted, but get you the help you need. Information takes 10x as long to get, but fencing and gear legwork take only 2x the time.
- Your contact is near to some authorities. You hear sirens. They are in a tired mood and will help if you do a run for them.
