• Your contact is riding on a bus, based on engine noise and other people's voices. They are in an agreeable mood and it's business as usual.
• Your contact is in or near a massacre or possibly civil unrest. You hear screams, yells cut short, groans, gunfire, explosions, and bedlam. They are in a belligerent mood and it's business as usual.
• Your contact is torturing someone, or at a torture session. You hear screams and shouts. They are in a curt and to the point mood and will help with legwork, but their gear access is on hold due to police activity.
• Your contact is at a bar. You hear loud synth music, clanking drinks, and orders being shouted to a bartender. They are in a curt and to the point mood and help like normal.
