It can leave via your nose or mouth, and likes to spend an hour each day having a bit of a stretch and a mouse. While it’s inside your head you get +4 Intelligence, and +2 to all your knowledge skills. Choose a knowledge skill; the snake is an expert at that knowledge and you must feign interest in it, or the snake gets huffy and won’t help until bribed with mice or attention

The Ever dying princess of Necrotic Power
is a human thief/spy from Mitteleuropean city or countryside, but currently based in a prison.
Noteworthy features:- Speaks to the mist, and it listens
- Elongated tall but skinny and fragile looking
Motivation: Just trying to quietly rule this land with an iron fist before PCs showed up. Area controlled is proportional to number of henchcreatures.

Any disease, poison or fungus attack that you make a successful fort safe from you may then release a spore attack a day later with the same effects, Difficulty Class etc. The spore attack may be spored at one target up to 20 feet away with a ranged touch attack, (and a Fortitude Save) or everyone within 5 feet of you (no attack roll needed; Fortitude Save only)

Everyone but you in 60 feet must Fortitude Save every round you play, or become nauseated for as long as you “play”. Difficulty Class is 10 + twice your level

Motivation: Is being compelled to do dark deeds in service of an even greater Evil who is holding one of this villain's loved ones hostage

Noteworthy features:- Neurotic, necrotic, despotic

Motivation: Sees PCs as a threat
Mutation: You are now mushroom-headed
